THE FIRST ROOM SMELLED LIKE CAT PEE! It was dirty, holes and visible stains on the couch [probably where the urine smell was emanating from]. The other furniture like chairs and lamps were rusty and scratch. Completely outdated. Also, this is actually 2 adjoining rooms.
